HARMONY
THROUGH PRACTICAL APPLICATION
There are an infinite number of formulae for harmony in the
Essential Teachings! What a blessing!
Whatever
resonates with YOU, whatever works for you is the right formula
in this myriad of formulae. It's that easy.
If you were to do one thing consistently it will bring you harmony.
Here are the simplest exercises you could do, for example:
1. Use your free will to concentrate your attention on any of
the Ascended Masters daily and consistently. Keep that feeling
of harmony and picture of harmony in your heart at every moment
you can consciously do so.
2. Picture yourself as a living flame. Place the flame of yourself
in the picture of the living flame of consciousness of an Ascended
Master of your choice - and see it EXPAND! Through habit you will
be able to have sustained harmony and thus never feel alone in
the world of form, as so many do on a deep, deep level. We are
living flames that can be expanded and purified, and within the
flame of an Ascended Master, we will have all poisons and past
karmic ties seeking redemption BURNT AWAY! Expanding our light
causes harmony to ensue. And remember, harmony changes our actual
atomic structures that raise our vibratory patterns - this raising
of our energy will enable Ascended Masters to channel their divine
work through us! Harmony is a beautifully exquisite circular endeavour.
3. A simple decree that we can use daily over and over:
IN THE NAME OF MY MIGHT BELOVED VICTORIOUS I AM PRESENCE I HEREBY
ASK THE BELOVED ASCENDED MASTER ST. GERMAIN TO WALK THE EARTH
THROUGH ALL OF MY FOUR LOWER BODIES AS WELL AS ALL THOSE RESIDING
IN THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN
DISSOLVE ALL DISCORD!
DISSOLVE ALL DISCORD!
DISSOLVE ALL DISCORD!
INCLUDING
ITS CAUSE AND CORE. REPLACE IT BY ASCENDED MASTER PERFECTION.
I THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING MY CALL.
The
greatest way to harmony in your four lower bodies is through the
immortal three-fold flame in your heart. By surrendering to its
love we become harmony!
But how do we surrender to our three Fold Flames?
Use
the rhythmic breath as follows!
•
Relax fully
• Give attention to your mighty I AM PRESENCE
• See and FEEL the three fold flame within your heart, flames
of blue, yellow and pink, expand and ENGULF YOUR FOUR LOWER BODIES
(at least 3 meters from you in all directions)
• Hold this mental picture and surrender to the harmonious
feeling for as long as you can, and at least 3 minutes!
• Slowly say:
I
AM THE PRESENCE EXPANDING THE THREE FOLD FLAME, PINK YELLOW &
BLUE, IN MY HEART CAUSING THE POINTS OF LIGHT IN EVERY CELL OF
BODIES TO EXPAND.
LIGHT EXPAND!
LIGHT EXPAND!
LIGHT EXPAND!
UNTIL THE RADIANCE SHINES THROUGH MY FOUR LOWER BODIES. SEE IT
CAN NEVER RECEDE BUT IS EVER EXPANDING. I AM THE SOURCE OF ALL,
I AM THE POWER THAT ANSWERS EVERY CALL, I AM THE DOER OF GOD'S
WILL, I AM THE DIVINE PLAN AND DO IT FULFILL, I AM THE LOVE POWER
AND WISDOM - I AM THE COSMIC LIGHT IN ACTION EACH HOUR!
SO BE IT!
WITH DEEP GRATITUDE AND LOVE"
Listen
to the voice within your flame within - harmony will manifest
through you. Do this daily, in divine repetition & rhythm - handover
your ego and personality; your Beloved I Am presence will supply
you daily with everything your require and more. Become harmony
- that is surrender to the Three Fold Flame within your beloved
hearts!
CONCLUSION
We have reached our destination! Knowing how to achieve a state
of harmony is not a theory or abstract idea - it is an actual
Kingdom, a way of being and very simply a choice! And everything
we manifest through harmony within ourselves can never be taken
from us or destroyed - and our harmony remains with us FOREVER!
Harmony is a real, living thing. Embrace it. It is the home where
you abide and from here you will provide the Greatest Service
to All Mankind, to the Ascended Hosts of Light, Angels and God
Himself.
