For
our immediate purposes we will not be referring to the polyphonic
chordal harmonies of Western music of the last 600 years. On our
journey we will look at the spiritual qualities of music that
bring forth harmony.
Saint Germain (in the book The 7th Ray) said in all his beloved
wisdom: "The part that music plays in quieting the feeling world
of the individual, relaxing the physical body and stopping the
rapidly revolving thought patterns in the mental bodies cannot
be over emphasized. By this means the atomic structure of the
student's body is repolarized and the vessels through which the
God Self of each individual will endeavour to cooperate in the
Service are prepared for their part in it during this musical
service."
A
beautiful song or a beautiful piece of music repolarizes our bodies
and beings us to a state of harmony. We should partake in weekly
ceremonies where we play harmonious music or sing harmonious songs,
or even just listen to beautiful pieces - when we do this we change
our very atomic structures and become divine conductors for those
ceremonies! We can only conduct those energies by the virtue of
being harmonious - it is actually a circular argument: As a result
of our efforts and harmony the Masters can use those energies
in whatever way They deem. Congratulations! By doing this you
have just performed Impersonal Service. We all know the power
of music and the effect it has on us - we can feel the calm, the
joy, the relief and the peace. The harmony that music brings is
a life force!
The
Masters teachings advocate that every action, every word, every
emotion and movement, every thought, every living filigree of
energy creates music within it; if there is disharmony in any
of our four lower bodies (mental, physical, emotional or etheric)
what we think, what we say and how we move can create music that
is less than beautiful. It could literally be destructive. We
would not be expressing our Key Note, in other words, if we are
emotionally sad, or angry or worried the sound that emanate from
us are not pleasant to hear.
When
our bodies are harmonious everything we create is harmonious -
every thought, word and movement turns into music and every note
that we emit is harmony itself and beauty personified. Music and
harmony complete themselves. They are circular. Music creates
harmony in our bodies and harmony in our bodies creates beautiful
music. They are both part of the intrinsic beauty in ourselves
of the Universe and of the Ascended Masters realm to which we
are walking. As Dante would say, "Have courage!" Sing, sing, sing
and listen, listen, listen to beautiful music.
Interesting
fact: One of beloved master Kuthumi's
embodiments was that of the mathematician Pythagoras 2,500 years
ago. He told us in a dictation in 1957 that he has been interested
in music for many centuries! Pythagoras had a spiritual community
in Crotona, Italy and during this time, "came into a further understanding
that each planet in our solar system has a musical tone predominant
in its cosmic melody." As he understood that he also understood
that the keynote of Earth (whose true tone is F below middle-C)
was very much off key! Therefore it was unable to contribute its
natural harmony to the music of the spheres. Pythagoras therefore
trained his chelas to step up their personal harmony - this was
his contribution to raise the vibratory action of the earth in
order to recreate the cosmic song of Earth. He did not succeed
in that lifetime as the Crotonan community was destroyed - however,
he continues to look for opportunities to recreate the cosmic
song of Earth through us! Would you assist beloved Master Kuthumi
and Mother Earth in raising your vibration through music? We then
truly will become Freedom's Holy Star!
Did
you know that harmony through music draws he Ascended Masters
and Angels to us? An example is Buddah who heard a call of mercy
from China and came back into the world of form to bring peace
and healing and harmony. Remember, in The Beginning, God said,
"Let there be Light." Therefore, sound existed before light and
form! The Ascended Masters, all who love music (Saint Germain
plays the violin, for example) use us chelas to spread harmony
through musical endeavors on Earth to change the ethers in order
to raise her vibratory pattern.
In conclusion, remember, the music we emit serves our planet and
changes the atomic structure of our four lower bodies. Take a
moment to consider the awesome implications of this and the simplicity
of taking personal action to serve the Beings of Music.
