GOODYEAR'S
on-site waste management supplier has achieved ISO 14001 accreditation
- the highest global standard for environmental management systems
- putting the tyre company at the forefront of waste management.
In a joint venture with Goodyear, the Impala Group of Companies
is now passing on key skills to other waste-focused vendors through
on-site training at the Uitenhage tyre plant.
Since taking over Goodyear's waste management two years ago, Khangela
Hygiene and Industrial Services and The Waste Trade Company have
reduced Goodyear's non-recyclable waste by 85% through their use
of innovative waste management systems that include, among others,
an on-site aviary to ensure that even breadcrumbs from the canteen
do not go to waste.

Having
done much searching ourselves for the "truth", over many, many
years, listening to current human channels, and following a myriad
of other traditions and teachings, attending workshops and courses,
and in the process accumulating large libraries, for all of which
we are all grateful, it was it is clear to us, and without question,
along with the "Green" books from the St Germain Press and the
ADK Luk books (yellow), that these teachings are unequivocally
directly from the Ascended Masters, and the only ones we have
found to date to be so, other than the ones mentioned below. The
feeling in each and every one of us is that we need look no further!
No other teachings or books came CLOSE to the knowledge and understanding
given to us from the Bridge to Freedom books, and if we are to
reach our goal of Ascension this lifetime, these teachings are
all we need; the rest is up to us. There are other books such
as the Life & Teaching of the Masters of the Far East, by Baird
T. Spalding, and the books of Alice Bailey - however, new dispensations
were given by the Great Karmic Board in the 1930s and 1950s, allowing
the vitally important information regarding the "I AM Presence"
and the Violet Flame, as well as a huge amounts of other information
never before come to Earth, making the Bridge to Freedom books
the most comprehensive of all the works we have been given to
date. The Masters have also mentioned Joseph Smith and Mary Baker
Eddy as being accredited messengers.
There are no short cuts, although dispensations were given during
the last century, making it easier to reach this goal, it is our
"good" daily living practices that will expand our Causal Body
(which stores ALL the accumulated good we have ever done in all
our lives) - the "cause" of our Ascension.
No amount of initiations, activations, celebrations or rituals
(not that they should not be done) will lift you to your Ascension
into the higher realms without the practical day to day LIVING
according to the Cosmic Laws of Life, it is up to us, and our
discipline and dedication to following a life of selfless service
to the Light and purifying our four lower bodies - physical, etheric
(soul) mental and emotional that will cause us to Ascend - which
is what we are here for!
The masses are sleeping in the world of the senses, and pure and
unadulterated Light workers are the need of the hour, and we have
been told that our time is running out and the people of Earth
need to adopt 'Godly' and peaceful ways. Our way of living with
selfishness, greed, cruelty, poverty, disease, aging, ingratitude
and a lack of reverence for ALL life has to end. People who are
willing to assist in raising the consciousness of themselves first,
and then their fellowmen, however long it takes, without ANY need
of personal aggrandizement are urgently needed. These books show
you how to be of service and how to behave if you are truly committed
to Ascension and serving The Great White Brotherhood. o For further

WITH
THE CHILDREN IN MIND …
PRAISING CHILDREN IS FAR MORE CONSTRUCTIVE THAN SCOLDING
THEM:
Building a solid self-esteem is one of the most precious gifts
we can give our children. They blossom and bloom when they are
praised and made to feel good about themselves.
Few children do "wrong" things intentionally and we, as adults,
often scold unnecessarily. We've been conditioned to think we
need to scold our children if they do not emulate our behaviour.
It is far more constructive to be quiet, patient and always loving
with our beloved children when we are guiding them in acceptable
ways of behaving, trying to remember, at all times, that inside,
our children are perfect - it is just the outer world that has
caused scars and may make them behave in ways that need attention.
Anger
and scolding causes behavioural problems.
Some retreat into their "shells", while others try to get more
attention and so the situation worsens.
Meeting fire with fire makes a bigger fire!
Try to see only the good in your child and consciously adopt patient
and kind ways.
I have done my best to do this with my children and while I do
slip up occasionally, the more I practice, the better I become
at it.
We have a rule in the house ... "no shouting or cross words"!
We don't get it right all the time, especially when teenagers
present challenging situations, but we are all getting better
at it, and a peaceful and happy atmosphere prevails! We have more
fun and there is little discord, and we are heading for 100% perfect!
So while we need to keep the boundaries solid, sometimes it is
essential to not "sweat the small stuff". It's how we build those
boundaries that is the test. Our children learn that anger and
intolerance is not acceptable and so they will pass this on.
As we master this in our homes, we can spread it to all areas
of our lives, and so we learn to become the master rather than
the slave to our minds, spreading peace, harmony and kindness,
and doing our best in every circumstance. - Anthea Torr.
