THE SUPREME IMPORTANCE OF THE HOUR

"Each of the seven planets of the present physical Sun must be quickened to enter and sustain itself in the orbit of the graduating planet. Great Beings are delegated to the task of quickening the vibrations of those planets, and we - whose responsibility rests with the Earth - MUST prepare our planet and her people to vibrate at the rate of Venus' present perfection. We are, therefore, of necessity FORCED to reach mankind quickly, ALL OF THEM. For this moment have we invested in you our love, our life, our radiation, and I SHALL EXPECT EVERY ASSISTANCE in the cosmic push of the hour. EVERY OTHER PLANET OF OUR SUN HAS ALREADY SIGNALED 'READY' - Yet the Cosmos must wait on the Earth, and we MUST SOON HAVE THAT 'GO AHEAD' sign from the hearts of men.
HELP US SPEED UP THAT DAY."

(Beloved Maha Chohan - through Geraldine Innocente, may 15th 1952)

City of Cape Town supports a weekly meat-free day

Recently the City of Cape Town became one of the world's leading cities in its support of one meat-free day a week.
The official launch of this historic occasion, in co-operation with Compassion in World Farming (South Africa), was recorded on video and an 11-minute synopsis is available for viewing at http://www/youtube.com/user/ciwfsa#p/a/u/0/lY5saibufHs
Should you have difficulty in downloading or viewing this video clip, please e-mail avoice@yebo.co.za and Louise van der Merwe, the South African co-representative of Compassion in World Farming, will send it to you on DVD.
Although Councillor James Vos refers only to red meat, the city nevertheless gave the organisation a platform of immense value, fully accepting that our message would be about all meat.

Van der Merwe and her colleague, Tozie Zokufa, will be visiting schools throughout the greater Cape Town area during the next six months with a view to spreading the word about this ground-breaking initiative.
